Return & Refund Policy

**1. Returns**  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unused and in original condition  
- In the original packaging  
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

**2. Non-Returnable Items**  
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Used beauty or personal care products  
- Items on sale or part of promotions

**3. Refunds**  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**4. Exchanges**  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

**5. Shipping Costs**  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
